Jason Lindquist

Jason Lindquist serves as Chief Financial Officer of The Wagner Law Group, where he oversees the firm’s financial strategy, accounting, operational planning, and administrative functions. In addition to his CFO responsibilities, Jason also supports the firm’s operational leadership, helping guide organizational strategy, infrastructure, and day-to-day business operations in a capacity that includes Chief Operating Officer responsibilities. With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across finance, operations, technology, and organizational management, Jason brings a strategic, data-driven approach to strengthening institutional performance and supporting long-term growth. 

Prior to joining The Wagner Law Group, Jason served as Chief Administrative Officer at USI Consulting Group, following its acquisition of Hooker & Holcombe, Inc., where he held multiple senior leadership roles over more than two decades. Throughout his career, he has led finance and accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, technology modernization, and enterprise-wide administrative initiatives for complex organizations. 

Jason has a proven record of delivering operational and financial transformation. His accomplishments include implementing cloud-based accounting and HR systems, significantly improving reporting accuracy and internal controls, reducing receivables by 70% through process redesign, and leading major organizational integration and infrastructure initiatives. His unique background in both financial leadership and technology strategy enables him to align operational excellence with strategic business objectives. 

Beginning his career in systems analysis and applications development, Jason advanced into executive leadership through a combination of financial acumen, technological expertise, and collaborative management. He is recognized for his ability to guide organizations through change, strengthen financial foundations, and drive sustainable growth.

Jason earned his Master of Business Administration in Operations & Information Management from the University of Connecticut and his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Syracuse University.
