Biography
Edward S. Englander is a veteran attorney with more than 50 years of experience in assisting clients to solve their legal problems. His practice is concentrated on civil matters across a broad range of the law. Attorney Englander has litigated cases in the Massachusetts and Federal Courts in the areas of real estate, employment, business disputes, and municipal disputes. Mr. Englander has successfully litigated and resolved innumerable complex cases including beach rights, easements, non-competition agreements, boundary disputes, agricultural preservation restrictions, employment disputes, bank fraud, ownership of real estate, leases, the Colonial Ordinance of 1641-47, adverse possession, easements by prescription, purchase and sale agreements, Land Court S-Petitions and complaints to remove clouds on title, to list a few.
Mr. Englander’s vast experience also includes real estate conveyancing, analyzing complex back titles, and condominium conversions.
Attorney Englander received a Bachelors of Science from the University of Wisconsin and his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. Attorney Englander is the public member of the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. He has also been active in the rowing and environmental community as a past member of the Board of Directors of the Charles River Watershed Association and the Race Committee of the Head of the Charles Regatta.
