Massachusetts Issues Proposed Regulations and Toolkit for Paid Family and Medical Leave Act

On March 29, 2019, the Massachusetts Department of Family and Medical Leave (“DFML”) re-issued draft regulations on the Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave Act (“PFML”).
