  • Leah A. Foertsch has served as counsel for The Wagner Law Group office in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida since 2012, specializing in the fields of residential real estate, estate planning and probate. She has extensive experience in representing businesses and individuals in structuring and effectuating transactions, providing title insurance for both commercial and residential transactions, handling residential closings, as well as all aspects of estate planning and probate.

    Leah offers a full service approach in handling the routine issues that are involved in selling and purchasing or refinancing, as well as the more complex international or development transactions. In addition, she emphasizes creative solutions and strives to close all transactions efficiently and effectively as well as recognizing that real estate transactions may involve related areas of the law. Leah is sensitive to the special considerations involved in estate planning- be they familial, financial or otherwise, and works to ensure the comfort and efficacy of the plan. She approaches probate with the same sensitivity, and tries to minimize any burden throughout the administration of the estate.

    Prior to The Wagner Law Group, Leah was an attorney at Stuart B. Klein, P.A. in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.  Since 2005 Leah has serves as a bar review lecturer at St. Thomas University School of Law and previously served as an adjunct professor (2010-2011)
